Vistage Minnesota Honors Nick Hackworthy, CEO of Creative Homes, with 2017 Vistage Minnesota IMPACT Award
At the 2017 Vistage MN Executive Summit held at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the organization proudly awarded the first ever Vistage Minnesota IMPACT Award to Nick Hackworthy, of Creative Homes. Nick was selected from an outstanding field of nominations that included runners up Sam Claassen from Short Elliot Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) and John Erickson from IC System, Inc. Since the company’s inception in 2013, Hackworthy has led Creative Homes from $10 million to $60 million in revenue and has grown from a two-person operation to a full-team of almost 40 people.
The Vistage MN Impact Award was created to recognize and celebrate those local members who best demonstrate the Vistage core values of trust, caring, challenge and growth. The Vistage Impact Award is another exciting way that the organization will recognize some of its outstanding members that are enhancing their own leadership abilities and making a strong impact on their companies. Vistage MN is part of Vistage Worldwide – the leading business advisory and executive coaching organization for CEOs, small business owners and key executives. Vistage has over 21,000 members across 20 countries.
Vistage Chair Tom Gunderson said, “We received a great response from our call for nominations for our first ever local IMPACT award. It is impressive what our finalists – indeed all of members – are doing to successfully lead their companies, give back to their communities and take care of their teams. The level of CEO and leadership talent in this market is impressive, and we congratulate Nick for winning the inaugural award.”
