CEO Peer Advisory Groups

CEO peer advisory groups are the core of Vistage. In a trusted, confidential setting unique to Vistage, executives from diverse, non-competing industries meet with peers to resolve pressing issues and to seize new business opportunities.

These monthly discussions, facilitated by Vistage executive chairs, cover a wide variety of topics — from strategic planning all the way to key performance indicators.

Members applaud Vistage peer advisory groups as a sounding board to discuss concerns they don't normally feel comfortable with addressing to a board of directors or colleagues within their organizations.

  • Vistage exposes me to a lot of ideas that focus on improving my leadership skills. At meetings, I receive direct feedback from my fellow CEOs. I learn from them what works and what does not.

  • There’s no question that the strategic planning process that came out of working with the group has had a dramatic impact on the business. I think being able to come out of the recession as quickly as we did was related to the planning process.
